Xenia Taler

Partners Xenia Taler and Steven Koblinsky are the wonder team behind Xenia Taler Designs since 1996. Xenia designs the tiles, Steven crafts the clay and glazes.

Tiles are pressed in molds made of wood, or extruded. Glazes are mixed from scratch. All tiles are decorated by hand, in their Toronto studio. The wall hanging tiles come with a groove in the back for hanging as well as cork on the bottom and glazed sides. Xenia Taler tiles are suited to withstand heat and can be used as coasters and trivets.

Juicy colors are dotted into whimsical creatures, birds, and wild flowers. Fanciful chicks and owls make playful appearances, and matte black and white tiles add elegant charm. The design duo strives to make timeless objects that will have lasting appeal. Xenia Taler Ceramic vases in modern shapes succeed in being instant collectibles. The brand has been featured on Design Sponge, in Domino Magazine, Cookie, and House Beautiful. The tiles are a welcome addition to any kitchen.
