Lori’s Grilled Salmon With Mango Chutney

Fresh salmon
Chef Paul Pudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blends - Seafood Magic
2 fresh mangos-peeled and cubed
1 handful of fresh cilantro - minced
Small red onion-chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime
1 tablespoon honey

Season fish with seafood magic. Combine all remaining ingredients and refrigerate. Grill fish until cooked through and serve mango chutney on top of the fish or on the side. You can use the chutney for other dishes as well.
